John Dowd III Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions
John started his career in the commercial real estate business in 1981 in Denver, Colorado. For the past 15 years he has held the position of Senior Vice President of Development for the company. He is responsible for all facets of the company's Property Acquisitions and development program throughout the Southeast and in Florida. His responsibilities include the negotiation and acquisition of land, overseeing the entitlement and construction process and securing anchor tenants leases. Prior to John's association with The Goodman Company John spent 3 years with Faison in Tampa, Florida. A resident of Florida since 1984, John's college career includes 3 years at UCLA and he is a graduate of Colorado State University.
