Bob Saffran serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing for the company.
In this capacity, Bob is responsible for developing and executing the overall leasing/merchandising plan and strategy for each of the company's new developments as well as our existing properties. With over 20 years experience in the leasing and management of retail properties, Bob has developed relationships and concluded deals with most of the important retailers in the shopping center industry.
Prior to joining The Goodman Company, Bob was Vice President of Leasing/Asset Management with Gumberg Asset Management, with responsibility for overseeing the leasing and management of the third party portfolio which included 35 shopping centers throughout the southeast United States.
In addition, Bob has achieved the industry's designation of SCLS or Senior Certified Leasing Specialist, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University.
